New to BHS? Want to get involved with the school community this year? BHS offers so many fun activities and opportunities for you to do, including the various clubs, the musical, and school sports.
If you are interested in joining clubs, a few popular ones are: DECA, Model UN, the Lookout Newspaper, MENA club, Math team and Art club. All clubs meet after school on various days, and provide fun opportunities for you to spend time with your friends. Besides these ones you can find a list of all of the clubs as well as their descriptions here.
Additionally, the musical is a huge extracurricular at BHS. Last year’s musical, Mean Girls, was a huge hit, and so many people enjoyed participating in and watching it. The production of the musical begins in the winter, and the musical premieres generally in mid-March. It is always extremely fun to watch, and participating in it is a great way to become more involved at school.
Lastly, school sports are also big at BHS. Among many others, the tennis, cross country, hockey, and track teams often make it to the playoffs. The boys tennis team even won the state championships last spring. If none of these sports interest you, there are a multitude of other options.
