Congratulations to the Math Team for making it to New England’s! Charles Bing, Owen Vasile, Matthew Marcera, Milind Sharma, Alan Yang, and Nileya Liu competed at Canton HIgh School on May 2nd, 2025. There were schools from all over New England, including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and New Hampshire, consisting of 15 large, 10 medium, and 10 small schools. Bedford placed 7th for the medium schools division! The team completed a total of 7 rounds, with 6 rounds being individual and 1 round being a team round. The rounds ranged in topics including Arithmetic and Number Theory, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Analytic Geometry, and Trigonometry and Complex Numbers. Mrs. Stark, the Math Team’s advisor, says that the team did really well overall. We are so proud of this accomplishment and can’t wait to see more of the Math Team’s future feats!
