By Tim Dolan, Lookout Advisor, per Justine Flora, BHS Business Teacher and DECA Advisor
The DECA State Competition took place at the Seaport from Thursday March 12 through Saturday March 14, with more than 4,100 attendees, making it the largest state competition ever.
BHS represented incredibly well. Our students demonstrated outstanding behavior and professionalism throughout the event, while also proving to be fierce competitors. We had 35 students competing in a mix of individual and team events, and Bedford finished with more than 50% of our competitors earning finalist spots. That alone was enough to make me incredibly proud!
